Reservations & Cancelation Policy

Reservation Policy:

Check-In Time: 15:00 PM  - 21:00 PM   Check-Out Time: 11:30 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the respective day and must be reconfirmed with the Reception staff.

A flexible (24:00) check-in and check-out policy is in place for Premium Business Privilege guests, subject to room availability.

All high season booking payments are non-refundable.

Full room rate will be charged upon check-in before 07:00 AM or check-out after 15:00 PM.

It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid ID before entering the room. For foreign guests, a valid passport and driver's license are accepted as identification documents, and for local guests, a valid identification document.

Guests visiting the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.

Please note that any changes made after guest check-in may result in a price change and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

In case of reservations made with guaranteed payment at the time of booking, the rooms are at your disposal until the time of check-out from the hotel (23:00).

For reservations with non-guaranteed payment at the time of booking, the rooms are held until the cancellation time specified in the booking policy.

If there is an unforeseen situation in the hotel, that is, there are no free rooms for guests due to reservation problems, then Prime Hotel, regardless of its policy, undertakes to provide guests with accommodation for the specified days or to provide a full refund of payment.

Deposit policy.

Individual payment

Each guest wishing to reserve a room at Prime Hotel must pay 40% of the total amount in advance to confirm the reservation. Prepayment can be made by valid credit card, bank transfer or cash.

The remaining amount is charged 3 working days before arrival at Prime Hotel.

Group payment

Each Group wishing to reserve a room at Prime Hotel must pay 40% of the total amount in advance to confirm the reservation. Advance payment can be made by credit card or directly by debiting the invoice to the bank account. The remaining amount is charged according to the conditions defined in the Group Visit Agreement and/or the Offer.

  

Corporate guest.

A corporate guest is a person who uses Prime Hotel services based on a contract between Admiral Hotel and a company or other business entity.

Every corporate guest who wants to make a reservation at Admiral Hotel must pay 45% of the total amount in advance to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer or other valid payment methods. The remaining amount is charged according to the terms and conditions set forth in the Corporate Agreement and/or the Offer.

Cancellation/No Show Policy.

  • The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email or fax
  • At least 7 days before the arrival date. No cancellation fees are charged and a full refund is issued
  • At least 5 days before the arrival date - 70% of the total amount is refunded.
  • At least 48 hours before the arrival date - 30% of the total amount is refunded.
  • If the penalty-free reservation cancellation time has passed, the amount subject to forfeiture is 100%. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
  • The refund policy is based on the full chargeable amount, not the 40% prepaid for confirmation.
  • In the event of proven death or accidents, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the General Manager and/or Receptionist.
  • In case the guest arrives the next day before the check-in time (11:00 AM), the previous night will be charged in full depending on the booked room category, and the room reservation is valid for the rest of the time. If the guest arrives the next day after the check-out time (11:00 a.m.), the reservation is completely lost.

Group bookings.

  • The group is allowed to change/cancel the reservation by email or fax
  • At least 45 days before the arrival date. no cancellation fees are charged and the total amount is refunded.
  • At least 30 days before the arrival date - 70% of the total amount is refunded.
  • At least 15 days before the arrival date – 30% of the total amount is refunded.
  • If the penalty-free cancellation time has passed, the chargeable amount is 100%. Additional applicable fees and taxes may apply.
  • Refund policy is based on full chargeable amount, not 40% prepaid for confirmation
  • In the event of proven death or accidents, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the General Manager and/or Receptionist.
  • In the event that the Group arrives on the day after the pre-confirmed arrival date before the check-out time (11:00 AM), the full night's charge will be charged based on the room category reserved, and the reservation for the remaining time is valid if the Group Agreement nothing else is defined. In the event that the Group arrives on the day after the departure time (11:00), the entire reservation will be considered void, unless otherwise specified in the Group Agreement.

 Corporate bookings.

  • The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email or fax
  • At least 10 days before the arrival date. no cancellation fees are charged and the total amount is refunded.
  • At least 5 days before the arrival date - 70% of the total amount is refunded.
  • At least 48 hours before the arrival date - 30% of the total amount will be refunded. The chargeable amount will be 100%. Additional applicable fees and taxes may apply.
  • Refund policy is based on full chargeable amount, not 40% prepaid for confirmation
  • In the event of proven death or accidents, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the General Manager and/or Receptionist.
  • In the event that the guest arrives on the day after the pre-confirmed arrival date before check-out time (11:00 AM), a one-night no-show fee, depending on the room category, will be charged in full.

 Damages caused by guests policy 

Prime Hotel is proud to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests. As part of our commitment to maintaining these standards, we kindly remind guests that they are responsible for any damage they cause to hotel property during their stay. In case of any damage caused, the hotel will investigate the situation and the responsible guest will be obliged to compensate for the repair or replacement. This policy helps that the conditions we offer at the hotel remain excellent. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our terms.

 
No smoking policy

At Prime Hotel, we prioritize the health and comfort of all our guests and staff, which is why we operate a strict no-smoking policy within the hotel premises. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, public areas and conference rooms. We provide designated smoking areas for guests who smoke outside the building. Any violation of this policy may result in additional fees and possible fines to cover the cost of smoke-clearing the affected area. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our hotel clean for everyone.
