Premium Business For privileged guests, a flexible (24-hour) check-in and check-out policy applies, subject to availability.

Peak season During this period, all booking payments are non-refundable. The definition of the peak season period is determined solely by the hotel management.

Returning guest For returning guests, Prime Hotel offers one free cancellation during the peak season if made at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

The full room rate will be applied if check-in occurs after 7:00 a.m. or check-out is after 3:00 p.m.

All guests are required to present a valid identification document upon check-in. In addition, foreign guests must provide a valid passport or driver’s license, while local guests may present a valid ID card.

Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years old.

All guests are required to register using the guest registration form at check-in.

Please note that any changes to a guest’s reservation may alter the room rate and/or incur a cancellation fee.

For reservations confirmed with payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until the hotel’s check-out time (11:00 PM) on the day following arrival.

In the event of overbooking or unexpected situations resulting in more guests than available rooms, in accordance with our room-holding policy, Prime Hotel commits to finding and covering the guest’s accommodation at a hotel of similar quality for the specified nights. If no such hotel is available in Gyumri, guests will receive a full refund of their reservation amount. 

Payment Policy

For individual guests — Reservation with payment:

Each guest wishing to make a reservation at Prime Hotel must pay a 40% deposit of the total amount to confirm the booking. The deposit can be paid by a valid credit card, bank transfer, or in cash.

The remaining balance must be paid at Prime Hotel 3 business days prior to arrival.

For groups —

Each group wishing to make a reservation at Prime Hotel must pay a 40% deposit of the total amount to confirm the booking. The deposit can be paid by credit card or directly to the bank account via proforma invoice/offer. The remaining balance will be paid according to the terms specified in the Group Agreement and/or offer.

For corporate guests —

A corporate guest is an individual who uses Prime Hotelthe services based on an agreement between Admiral Hotel and a company or other business organization.

Each corporate guest wishing to make a reservation at Admiral Hotel must pay a 45% deposit of the total amount to confirm the booking. The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or other valid payment methods. The remaining balance will be paid according to the terms specified in the Corporate Agreement and/or offer.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Guests are allowed to modify or cancel their reservation via email or fax.

  • If canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply, and a full refund will be provided.
  • If canceled at least 5 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If canceled at least 48 hours before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation period without penalty has passed, the total amount due will be 100%. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
  • The refund policy is based on the total stay amount, not on the 40% prepayment made to confirm the reservation.
  • In confirmed cases of death or accidents, a refund may be granted at the discretion of the General Manager and/or Front Office Manager.
  • If a guest checks in the day after the scheduled arrival and does so before the check-out time (11:00 AM), a “No-Show” fee equivalent to one night’s stay for the reserved room category will apply, while the remaining reservation remains valid. If the guest arrives after the check-out time (11:00 AM) on the day following the scheduled arrival, the reservation will be forfeited.

Payment Guarantee —

  • Groups are allowed to modify or cancel their reservation via email or fax.
  • If canceled at least 45 days before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply, and a full refund will be provided.
  • If canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If canceled at least 15 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation period without penalty has passed, the total amount due will be 100%. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
  • The refund policy is based on the total stay amount, not on the 40% prepayment made to confirm the reservation.
  • In confirmed cases of death or accidents, a refund may be granted at the discretion of the General Manager and/or Front Office Manager.
  • If a group checks in the day after the scheduled arrival and does so before the check-out time (11:00 AM), a “No-Show” fee equivalent to one night’s stay for the reserved room category will apply, while the remaining reservation remains valid, unless otherwise specified in the group agreement. If the group arrives after the check-out time (11:00 AM) on the day following the scheduled arrival, the reservation will be forfeited, unless otherwise specified in the group agreement.

Guest Responsibility for Damages

Prime Hotel takes pride in providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all guests. As part of our commitment to uphold these standards, we kindly remind guests that they are responsible for any damage they may cause to the hotel property during their stay.

In the event of any damage, we will assess the situation, and the responsible guest will be required to cover the costs of repair or replacement. This policy helps ensure that our facilities remain in excellent condition for the enjoyment of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our accommodations.

Non-Smoking Policy

At Prime Hotel, we prioritize the health and comfort of all guests and staff; therefore, strict adherence to the non-smoking policy within the hotel premises is mandatory. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and conference rooms.

We provide designated smoking areas outside the building for guests who wish to smoke. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible fines to cover the costs of restoring the affected area to a smoke-free condition. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fresh and clean environment for everyone at our hotel.
